I joined the Te Horo school team in 2020 after the birth of my second daughter Isla Rae. I was drawn to Te Horo school because of the people and the concept of embedding well-being throughout the school. I have many areas that drive me such as Te Ao Māori and Environmental education, delving into the newAotearoa/New Zealand History curriculum, developing a Creativity and Local curriculum and supportive ways to include the components of Well-being/Hauora within classrooms.
I enjoy writing poetry and short stories, listening to some brilliant podcasts, making art with my daughters and living in our new house in
